Make your band's press kit
A press page for bookers and writers, with your photos, bios, quotes, contacts and a printable one-sheet.
Every claimed band has a press page at /bands/<your band>/press. It's built from your band page, and you add what only you know: press photos, a logo, bios, quotes and who to contact.
How to do it
- On your band's page, open Manage, then Press kit.
- Under Press photos, tap Use for press on photos from your gallery, or Add a press photo to upload a new one. Add a credit to each: who took it.
- Under Logo, tap Upload a logo. A PNG with a clear background prints best on posters.
- Write a Short bio of a line or two, up to 300 characters. Leave Bio blank to use the bio from your band page.
- Under Press quotes, fill in the quote, who said it and a link, then tap Add quote. Move each one up or down to set the order.
- Fill in your booking and press contacts. Everything saves as you type.
- Tap Copy link to send your press page to a booker, or View press page to see it the way they will.
Good to know
- Your press page stays out of search engines until you turn on Show in search. Anyone with the link can open it either way.
- Visitors can download each press photo full size with its credit, your logo as a PNG, and a one-sheet PDF with everything on one printable page.
- Lines like how many fans own your merch show once five or more fans own it or were at your shows. They count your own fans, never against another band.
- A press kit holds up to 12 press photos and 12 quotes. Your contacts show only on your press page and its one-sheet.
- Your music, shows and links come from your band page, so keep them up to date there.
