How dating works
Shirt makers changed their tags over the years: the brand's logo, the country, the fabric line, the care symbols, even the stitching on the sleeve. Each change happened around a known time.
We read your tag, then check each clue against a table of those changes, built from public sources. Every clue narrows the years. The answer is a likely range, never one exact year, and every reason comes with its source.
It never says what a shirt is worth. And your photos are read and dropped, never kept.
