Put your band's link in your bio
One MerchVice link for your Instagram or TikTok bio, with Follow, your own links and your fans' merch.
Once you run your band's page, it has a short link for bios: merchvice.com/b/ and your band's name. It opens a fast page with Follow, your links in your order, your fans' photos of your merch and your next show.
How to do it
- Open your band's page, tap Manage, then Profile.
- Under Your link for bios, tap Copy your link.
- Paste it into your Instagram, TikTok or other bio, and save it there.
- Under Links, add where fans should go: your site, Bandcamp, tickets, a newsletter. Under Your own links, add up to five more with your own label.
- Under Order, move each link up or down. Your link for bios shows them in that order, and so does your band page.
Good to know
- Links start with https://. Labels are up to 40 characters.
- With more than five links, the first four show and the rest open under More links.
- For a flyer, a poster or the merch table, download the QR code under Your link for bios. It opens the same page.
- Insights shows how many times your link was opened each month, and how many of those came from the QR code. We count opens, never who opened them, and leave out your own.
- Renamed the band? The old link still leads to the new one.
