Ship a sale and get paid
Ship within 5 days, add tracking, and get paid once the buyer has it.
Private beta
Buying and selling on MerchVice are in private beta: only the members and bands MerchVice let in can use them. Everyone else can still mark items for sale and settle it in messages.
We email you when something sells. Everything about the sale is on its page under Sales.
How to do it
- Open Sales and tap the sale.
- Pack it and ship it by the date shown.
- Add the carrier and tracking number, then tap Mark shipped.
- You're paid as soon as the buyer taps It arrived. If they never do, the order counts as arrived 14 days after you ship, and you're paid 3 days after that.
Good to know
- Tracking is optional, but it protects you if the package goes missing or the buyer disputes the charge.
- Not shipped 5 days after payment? The buyer can cancel for a full refund.
- If the buyer says something's wrong, answer in the order's messages within 3 days.
- Your payout setup is under Settings, Selling, with a link to your Stripe dashboard.
