Bring your bandmates in
Run your band's page with your band members: the owner and up to five managers, added by username or invited by email.
A band's page has one owner and room for five managers. Managers edit the page, post to fans and add merch; only the owner adds and removes managers.
How to do it
- On your band's page, tap Manage, then People, under Business.
- Bandmate already on MerchVice? Type their username under Add a manager and tap Add. They can run the page at once, and we tell them.
- Not on MerchVice yet? Under Invite a bandmate by email, type Their email and tap Send invite. The invite works for 14 days.
- They tap Join as a manager in our email and make their account with that same address. Once they confirm it, they're a manager. A bandmate who's already a member gets a notice instead, and taps Accept.
- Check Invites waiting for anyone who hasn't answered. Tap Send again for another 14 days, or Revoke to take an invite back.
Good to know
- Invites still waiting count toward the five. When all five places are taken, revoke an invite or remove a manager to add someone.
- A manager can leave with Leave this page. The owner stays until MerchVice makes someone else the owner: write to us for that.
- Someone else from the band already claimed the page? Ask them to add you from People in their band tools, or write to us.
- Label and designer pages keep the owner and three managers.
