Track an order and confirm it arrived
Follow an order from paid to complete, cancel one that never shipped, and add it to your closet.
Private beta
Buying and selling on MerchVice are in private beta: only the members and bands MerchVice let in can use them. Everyone else can still mark items for sale and settle it in messages.
Every order has its own page under Orders, with where it stands and its messages with the seller.
How to do it
- Open Orders and tap the order. It moves from Paid to On its way, then Arrived, then Complete.
- When it ships, we email you the tracking number.
- Once it's in your hands, tap It arrived. You have 10 seconds to undo.
- Then choose Add to my closet to move it over with its photos and history, or Keep it off my closet.
Good to know
- The seller ships within 5 days. If it hasn't shipped by then, Cancel and refund on the order gives you a full refund.
- If you don't tap It arrived, the order counts as arrived 14 days after it shipped, unless you've told the seller something's wrong.
- Refunds take 5 to 10 days to reach your card.
- In test mode the item stays with the seller.
