What beta means on MerchVice
A feature marked Beta works but isn't finished yet. It may change, and we want to hear how it works for you.
Some features carry a small Beta mark beside their name. They work, but we're still shaping them, so what you see may change.
How to do it
- Look for the Beta mark next to a feature's name. It stays there while the feature is being tried out.
- Something not right? Tap Tell us, next to the Beta mark. Signed in, Feedback opens with the feature already named, so a few words are enough.
- Rather email, or not signed in? Write to support@merchvice.com and put the feature's name in the subject.
Good to know
- A beta feature may change how it looks or works, or be paused while we fix something.
- Some beta features reach only some members at first, so a friend may not see what you see yet.
- Your note reaches the team tagged with the feature it's about, and a person reads every one.
- Once a feature is ready for everyone, the Beta mark goes away.
