MerchVice

Welcome to MerchVice, for bands

Your band's page in one read: claim it, add photos and merch, post to fans, bring your bandmates. Free.

MerchVice is where fans show the merch they own. Your band's page is already here, built from what fans post. Claim it and it's yours to run, free, like a home for the band's merch.

How to do it

  1. Claim your page. Got an invite from MerchVice? Open the link, join with that address, and tap Run this page. No invite? Open your band's page and tap Is this your band? Claim it.
  2. Open your band tools with Manage, beside Follow on your band's page. First steps on the dashboard lists what to do first, and ticks each one off.
  3. Under Profile, add a band photo, then a short bio and your links. Photos lead everything on MerchVice, so start there.
  4. Under Designs, add your merch one design at a time, each with a photo: a shirt, a record, a poster. Fans who own it can add their copies.
  5. Under Post, post as the band to your followers: words, photos, a setlist or tonight's show. They hear about it.
  6. Under Page managers, add your bandmates by their username. Up to three editors can run the page with you.
  7. Share your page. Booth card makes a QR card for the merch table, and your page's address works in any bio.

Good to know

  • Your band's page is free, and it stays free.
  • Selling isn't part of band pages yet. If MerchVice offers it to bands later, you'll see what it costs before you choose it, and nothing changes unless you do.
  • Fans' items stay theirs. Your page shows them with the photos fans took, and fans who own your merch show up on your dashboard.
  • No band can pay to move up a row on MerchVice.
