MerchVice vs Vinted

Vinted sells the shirt. MerchVice keeps it: on its band's page, in your closet, with its tag dated and its story told, for as long as you own it.

Checked October 2026. Every fact about Vinted here comes from its own help, fees and terms pages, each with its source and the day we read it.

The short answer

  1. Vinted makes selling clothes simple: no selling fee, a prepaid label, and a refund if a purchase goes wrong.

  2. MerchVice is built for the merch and the people who love the band: a closet for what you keep as well as what you sell, pages for every band and design, trades between fans, and a feed with nothing bumped above the rest.

  3. Use both. Sell there when you want to; request your Vinted data and bring your listed items, photos included, into your closet here.

  • A refund if a purchase is lost, damaged or significantly not as described. Source

  • Offers up to 40% below the price, and the item stays open until someone pays. Source
