Can't sign in
Reset your password, find your verify link, or wait out a pause.
Sign-in says the same thing for every failure, so nobody can use it to find out who's a member. Work through these in order.
How to do it
- Check you're using the email you joined with.
- Forgot the password? Tap Forgot your password? on Sign in, enter your email and tap Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email, choose a new password of at least 8 characters and tap Save password.
- Sign in with the new password.
Good to know
- Just joined? Open the verify link we emailed you first. Trying to sign in sends it again.
- Too many wrong passwords pause sign-in to that account for up to an hour. A password reset ends the pause.
- Joined with Google, Apple, Facebook or Spotify? Use that button again.
- Reset links work once, for a short while. If yours doesn't, ask for a new one.
- A new password signs you out everywhere else.
